The client accesses talent without taking on the direct employment relationship or the administrative burden.

Employer of Record (EOR) is a service in which Grupo STT becomes the legal employer of your staff in a LATAM country, without you having to set up your own entity. STT handles hiring, payroll, social contributions and local labor compliance, while you direct the team day to day. This lets you hire talent in the region quickly and in full compliance with the law.

They are four distinct services: RPO (Recruitment and Selection) accelerates talent attraction and hiring; HRO (Staff Management) administers temporary or permanent staff with legal compliance; PPO (Comprehensive Payroll Management) runs payroll, deductions and social contributions; and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) outsources finance, IT and marketing processes. None should be confused with EOR, which is legal hiring without your own entity.
